        In Oct 2021 Ben took a substantial deposit from me to supply and fit blinds at my property. After many, many lies and broken promises I am due to commence court action.....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

        Fitted some of our blinds.But still had other blinds to fit.Kept leaving voice mail after voice mail.Buyers BEWARE BEWARE

        Buyer beware! I ordered blinds and paid a deposit in Sept21 and after many months of frustration, I still didnt have blinds fitted nor a refund from Ben. So mid-2022, he left me no choice and I commenced action via the small claims court for which, I was awarded a County Court Judgement for him to compensate me, but he has not done so to date. So now awaiting further court intervention to recoup my costs via Bailiff action. Ben lied to me repeatedly and took my money with brazen - avoid, avoid, avoid!

        I want to say a huge thank you to Ben and his father Chris who have just finished fitting my new window shutters. Excellent craftsmanship and very professional. I can't fault their work and genuinely sincere and trustworthy people too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this family firm.

        Very disappointing. Ben has had our Velux blind for months and has neither installed or delivered it; even though we have paid him in full. Does not reply to text messages, doesn't hold appointments, won't answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
