I was happy with the super-quick turnaround of the job to refurbish my Chorus 10s levers (I posted them on the Monday, they were signed for on the Tuesday, worked started on them on the Wednesday), received them on the Saturday. I was phoned up to discuss the complexity of the work (left lever was worse than I thought), the pricing structure and how long the job would take. I was also able to discuss other Campagnolo type stuff with them. Overall I was very happy with the work carried out for me.
