Boots

Once a jewel on the high street, it is sad how our Boots has become this. Whilst you can still get the usual products - - Some staff are incompetent and rude - Shelves often empty - Pharmacy dispensing is painfully slow and they lack any level of customer service - Photo stations removed Whatever soul and pride they once had, is now sadly a shadow on the horizon.

I am 75 and have Parkinson's. I have been trying to get my prescription delivered because walking is difficult. For 2 weeks now I have tried to speak to the pharmacy but theyNEVER answer the phone!!

Very long wait at the pharmacy every time we go in. They even forgot to order medication they didn't have in stock. Lack of staff in pharmacy and rest of store.

Another absolute farce - except no-one was laughing; quite inadequate, with just three people before me, still took 26 minutes to reach counter; by which time, there were six more waiting behind me, others having walked out. Unfortunately, the other pharmacies are no better, so I'm stuck with this shambolic bunch. :( Oh, and for the H.O. bods that care even less, the QR survey code doesn't work! Get a grip, please!
