Rude staff, never willing to help, been banking with them since 2019 , and always when I have a problem I have to drive to MK , because the Leighton branch staff are abusing they powers at work , and never help you when you need! Worst branch ever, they ask for unnecessary documentations.

Wonderful Day2
The HSBC Leighton Buzzard branch has some gems employees there. I have been dealing with the branch for over a year now, I can't believe I still can receive such community service in nowadays business. Lynn, Ash and one more lady at the counter knows their customs, go in there like going to see a friend, they know who newly move in, who might be bit vulnerable and help them, lots of the time, they go extra mile to help fill out the form from beginning to end etc. Next time you go in, they know everything about you!! I really appreciate them every time I go in. Specially their patients not just rush off anynone but take time to understand them.

Always enjoy popping in to pay in cash, sadly the new chip and pin cards are too new for the payin cash machines so you need to queue. Today, 26th July around 3:30 the lady cashier on the right had finished with th ecustomer infront, and as I stepped forward to take my turn she raised her hand in the stop motion as if I was in some dog training class. She glared for a couple of seconds and as I stepped back a bit, I was thinking what just happened to the brand, she put her hand down and carried on on her screen for at least 5 minutes without a word or update. What a shocking example of the HSBC brand. One person without any manners trashes the customer experience. You can say Give me a minute, or even just speak to the client as a human is free and costs nothing. Lyn on the hand she is brilliant, she could have toothache and still smiles, is kind and mannerable. Always enjoyed my visits but that was pretty rude today, I hope she can be equipped better for multi-tasking scenarios.
