        I can't understand this bank....opening hours are terrible and the cashier tills are never open....I run my own business so have cash to pay in every week and the machines that take the money always say we don't recognise some of the notes and have to try again....BRING BACK THE PEOPLE AT THE WINDOWS

        Baffles me that this bank is still operating covid opening times, 3 years after the pandemic! Opening hours are short, queues are a norm, and there's usually only 1 member of staff at the counter but to be closed all day Thursday is so inconvenient! Overall a very disappointing service!

        Just wanted to make an appointment at Leighton Buzzard branch to open a saving account. No appointments possible within next 10 days and the same in Aylesbury. I'm finding online and app's applications a waste of my time and prefer to get it done in person but that's no possible . Oh well ...
