We knew nothing about planning a extension. We contacted Ben on recommendation and he took control of everything from design, submitting the application to the council and contacting the structural engineer all whilst keeping us updated throughout. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays but Bens communication and turn around times on the work deserves a 5 star rating from us

Domestic Designs have recently drawn up plans for our loft conversion and extension and submitted our planning permission application. They were professional and responsive, always able to answer queries quickly with clear and concise advice. Michael Goodyer visited our property within days of our initial enquiry and secured planning permission for our extension really quickly. He has also liaised directly with our builder's preferred Building Control Surveyor and made the whole process really easy for us. I would highly recommend.
