Gareth was very prompt in completing the site survey, providing a competitive quote and answering all our questions regarding the installation of the AC system. All the work has been carried out very professionally and to a high standard, especially ensuring minimum refrigerant pipework on external walls as most of this has been routed via the attic. There were delays in delivery of 2 of the indoor units by the supplier, and Gareth worked flexibly around our schedules to get the work done as quickly as possible. Fantastic job done by GP Air-conditioning. Our log cabin in our garden was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Gareth was extremely helpful in talking us through some options and installed a remote controlled AC unit which has solved the problem. He took care of all electrical connections and the install was complete very prompt and everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend using GP Air-conditioning. Very obliging. Prepared to do the job the way I wanted it done. This involved routing the pipework through floors and removing (and subsequently reinstating) a bath so that an aircon unit could be installed on the other side of the bathroom wall. High standard of workmanship leading to an excellent result which justified the disruption of opening the floors. At the time of installation the scope of service included electrical wiring between the indoor aircon units and the external heat pump but not connecting the heat pump to the mains supply. I employed an electrician separately to do that. Service: Install AC

GP Air Conditioning quoted to install air conditioning throughout our property to heat in the Winter and cool in the Summer. It was a system with wireless remote controls and WiFi connectivity for smart devices. During the installation, we requested additional controls to stop the system being left on or turned up too high in bedrooms, so we requested for wired master/slave controllers in each room. This was a personal preference. Also, we asked for the system to be integrated into our security alarm system, which means that when the system is armed the air conditioning units turn off. Obviously we paid extra for the additions that were not part of the original quote but nothing was too much hassle and the work was completed with no issues. Highly recommend GP Air Conditioning.
