I have heard people say that they dread January, that submitting taxes is a nightmare, that they have been up day and night getting things in order for 12 midnight on 31 January. This was my first year to submit a tax return ... it was so simple. Vicky is WONDERFUL. She made it easy, pain free and fast. I would recommend her 1000%

Vicky, Lee and the Team are fantastic. Knoweledgable, patient, and supportive and break down all that complicate jargon in a way that's helpful and much easier to digest. Tailored specifically for pet professionals they can give advice relating to our industry which is so valuable. Having previously used other accountants and never feeling like I fully understood at that they weren't quite meeting my needs. Having been on the search for a new accountant for my pet business for the last year, I found Vicky through recommendations on Facebook. Im so glad I found her! The process for signing up as a client has been so stress free. I was able to ping my (very basic!) accounts over to Vicky and left her to it! All done and dusted, submitted on my behalf well before the self assessment deadline. I cant even take credit for being organised, usually its a mad stressful rush! Im currently cracking on with her recommendations regarding switching over to different accounting software and a business account. Thank you Vicky!

Having always been on someone elses payroll, and new to the pet industry, I had no clue about accounting as a sole trader. Vicky has guided me through the whole process, is always available to answer questions and has ensured that I am up to date and claiming for any entitlements. Highly recommended!
