AA Taxis

Awful and rude. Rang for a cab from the Leighton Buzzard station and asked on the phone if we could pay by card as the cash point wasnt working. We were told that was not a problem. When we got in the cab our driver refused to let let us pay by card and was aggressive and shouting at us. I had to ring and put the office on speaker to show that we had been told we could pay by card. Our driver wanted to charge us extra to take us to a cash point and argued with his boss all the way back.

We booked an 8 seater from AA Taxi's in Leighton Buzzard to take our Hen party to Milton Keynes. A price was agreed over the phone so there were no nasty surprises. The driver Jay arrived promptly to collect us. We had brought an item with us that was put into the boot. Unfortunately when we arrived at our destination we vacated the vehicle leaving our item behind. The next day I contacted AA Taxi's to find out if Jay had found our item in his boot. He promptly replied confirming he had found our item. Jay was kind enough and went out of his way to return the item to us. We really appreciated the fantastic customer service and care AA Taxi's provided.

The hare pub in Linslade to the new kfc is where my wife ended up getting out as the price was already at 10. 5 a mile at 5 in the afternoon do not use this company they are a rip off at best

I've used them a few times, average taxi company. Reason why I've decided to make a review - today my partner didn't pay attention on the miter and driver set Sunday tariff. Fair to say ended up paying almost double of the normal price. Trip was happening between 17.00-18.00.
