Emily helped so much with my little girls sleep. She kept waking at night or taking so long to go down at bedtime. Emily provided me with the support I needed to help my baby sleep better and for longer and also listened to my views on what I could or couldnt do. We still struggle sometimes but I know Emily will be there with help and advice if we need. I highly recommend using Emily she has so much experience and a wealth of knowledge to help you to have a happy baby that sleeps well!

Emily has played a huge role in developing happy and healthy sleeping for our daughter as her nanny. She is gentle and kind, structured, thoughtful, firm but very adaptive to our little ones needs. She has also been of great help to mum and dad as so many of our unconscious behaviours have consequences on sleep, and Emily has coached us through it all. Id highly recommend Emily for support with little people challenges.

Emily put together a gentle routine for our little Hugo from 4 months old to help with various sleep issues, which really helped us get some much needed sleep and some time to wind down in the evening! It was really helpful to understand the importance of wake windows and nap timings to ensure the nighttime routine went smoothly each evening and to make sure Hugo got the sleeping hours he needed. I would highly recommend Emily for any sleep guidance for your babies or toddlers. :)
