i went to the drive through and at the speaker i ordered a sweet chilli chicken wrap meal with a strawberry milkshake then we confirmed the order and moved to the window to pay, we sat there for 5 minutes and nobody came to let us pay despite them walking past multiple times, we thought that we would have to pay at the window where we collect the food as the window for payment was shut. Once we got to this second window, the staff proceeded to say that our order wasnt on the screen and asked the member of staff that took our order what happened, when asked he stated that he had asked us if we wanted to cancel the order because the milkshake was unavailable and that we had said that we did want to cancel. This was a blatant lie. Then the manager proceeded to say that a lot of people kick off about the milkshakes when at this point we didnt even know that there wasnt any available. After this i ordered a sprite zero instead of a milkshake and we payed and it all went well. We left and the wrap was fine, however the sprite zero that i had ordered was not sprite zero but was in fact sparkling water. Also, the fries were plain and didnt have any salt at all. I find this experience very insulting and am hugely disappointed.
