Helen is very experienced and knowledgeable offering a wide range of treatments which are very good value. She has "healing hands" and I attend regularly for top to toe treatments. She is accommodating in adapting treatments to suit individual requirements and is also flexible with appointment times to suit different lifestyles. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a cherry stone heat bag from iPAMPER- its amazing!!! I was excited to try this after owning some of the wheat versions (they always end up smelling!). So I just popped it in the microwave for 2 mins and its perfect!! It even smells like cherry pie!! Im so happy with it!!! Thanks Helen!!!

Helen is an excellent therapist and very knowledgable about her trade . I recently suffered a nasty shoulder/trapizus injury and her massage gave ne much relief i highly recommend her !
