The Fireplace Gallery Cheltenham has an excellent showroom with many different options to see. They have a great team of advisors and installers who are all totally committed to providing and outstanding customer experience. We are extremely pleased with the gas fire we bought from them which they installed just before Christmas and is perfect. A truly refreshing experience from start to finish and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as their products and service deliver superb value for money.

Just bought an electric fire from them. Visited twice and was on each occasion assisted by a very helpful lady. On both occasions went out of their way to advise and provide information. As it ws electric no fitting was involved but collectiion was strightforward.

We are so pleased with our new fire, it was fitted in a day the fitters were brilliant nothing was to much trouble, from buying to fitting the communication from the company was excellent, we would recommend the Fireplace Gallery to anyone. Thank you so much to all at the Fireplace Gallery.

From my first visit until today, when my new wood burning stove was fitted, I have been delighted with the way I have been treated both in the showroom/office and in my own home. Not only are the staff helpful and courteous, they are also very knowledgeable about the product they provide, but they put me under no pressure to buy. The fitters were polite and worked well as a team, explained in detail how to use my new fire, and cleared everything up indoors and out before they left. If my experience is the norm, i would have no hesitation in recommending them.
