        Just purchased our first motorhome from Pearman Briggs. Everything done as requested, excellent handover from Jason. Brilliant company to deal with, made the whole experience very enjoyable.

        Huge selection of nearly new and used along with new to order motorhomes. Staff are very professional, great can do attitude. Parking is an issue, so choose visiting times carefully. Worth a visit.

        We had to cancel our order as the salesmen totally mislead us. We discussed our order with Harry and then got passed to Jason. We particularly specified a Fiamma awning which at the time we were told 'no problem'. We had a Thule awning before and found it very difficult to open and close. On the order it specified F F41. This they tried to tell us said Fit. At the end of the day it was their word against ours and we signed the order which stated no refund. We negotiated a 50% refund but it was a very unhappy experience, a total breakdown of communication between Harry and Jason. We learnt an expensive lesson. We even supplied pictures of an F62 with the exact awning, Other dealers we contacted agreed that with the right bracketsfitting a Fiamma was 'no problem' Check what is written on the order!!!
