I've attended Jane's class for a good few years now and from being a total beginner have learnt a number of different forms of Tai Chi. Jane is endlessly patient and an excellent teacher who clearly enjoys what she does, making the classes interesting, fun and suitable for all abilities. My flexibility, balance and concentration have all improved. During the various lockdowns Jane has been outstanding in keeping classes going on Zoom or in the park when we were permitted to exercise outdoors.

Jane's Tai Chi and Health Qigong classes have been transformational for me.The health and well-being benefits are immense. The classes have also become a core component of my day to day routine. This has been particularly important throughout the pandemic. Jane's classes involve high quality tuition. They are also friendly and easy to follow. There is a warm welcome for people of all ages and levels of ability. For me tai chi and health qigong has become a way of life. Indeed since I stepped out of my comfort zone and on to the 'Tai Chi Way'- I have never looked back. But for others this can simply be a healthy activity which is also relaxing and fun.

I have enjoyed Janes classes for over 4 years now. Tai Chi has greatly improved my balance, concentration and coordination. It is an integral part of my week - for me there is no better way to start my Monday morning. It brings a much needed calmness and serenity to my life and Janes ongoing support via Zoom lessons during the pandemic have been greatly appreciated.

I really enjoy my Tai chi sessions with Jane. She is a great instructor who puts you at ease and always explains the various moves. Can't wait to get back to our normal sessions each Tuesday morning.

I have been attending classes for a couple of years and find Tai chi beneficial both physically and mentally. Jane is very patient and understanding about differing abilities and breaks down the moves so that everyone can follow. During lockdown she's managed to keep things going using zoom which has helped to keep me sane.
