As I bin liveing here a year I say staff are brilliant foods lovely activities are so much fun an just a lovely warm feeling an got me back up walking as bed bond for very long time 5 stars all doing a brilliant job

My wife Rosamond was discharged from Richmond House yesterday. When I asked her what it was like as covid didn't allow me to visit, she said very old fashioned inside could do with updating. Her bed was like no other she had ever seen! They are very lacking in staff and at times one carer is left to deal with 15 patients. This needs looking in to as the carers and nurses are wonderful. The food there is tasteless although it looks good there is little flavour, the lunchtime soups though are very good. I do hope improvements can be made as there is such a shortage of care homes. I hope this review helps.
