        Wow, is Caroline the most rude, ignorant, miserable staff member ever?!? No please, no thank you, no hello in fact, no engagement whatsoever!

        Clearly not enough staff, even though the upstairs till says Pay Here its actually online collection only. Found this out after I queued for 10 minutes only to be told I need to go downstairs only to queue up again.

        Following a recent refit the mens section has been confined to the back of the store with one pitifully inadequate changing room/shared disabled facility. Wo betide you if you try to use the plentiful womens changing rooms.. my advice ? Just go to M & S instead
