        Very poor customer service waited 2 and half hours for delivery which never turned up when asked for refund got refused will be taking this further very rude and kept talking over me whilst being on the phone

        Waited 2 and half hours for order. When phoned for an update they informed us that the order would be leaving the shop in 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that received a text to say our order is on its way, 20 minutes later phoned again as it had still not arrived, we were greeted with an obnoxious arrogant individual that would not accept he was in the wrong. He also refused to refund the order and refused to send the order. All we wanted was our waffles. This is not the way customers should be treated, stealing our money and treating us with contempt and arrogance is not on.
