        Only want on line customers Needed to ring call centre on hold three times for nearly an hour before having to terminate call Problem with my internet sorted and next to impossible to sort as just cant get through to the call centre Leigh due to close despite how busy it is expected to travel nearest branch will be Wigan or Bolton

        Closing down September, no need for banks anymore apparently, you can go to Bolton for your banking needs. Took nearly 35 mins in the queue however nobody uses banks apparently. All about the profits
