I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on 23/04/2023. I visited the store and placed an order on the screen, and was about to make a payment when I was rudely informed that the store was closed, and my order was cancelled. I was surprised to hear this as I was unaware that your store closed at 3:45 pm. I understand that the store has to close at a certain time, but I felt that the manner in which I was informed was rude and unprofessional. The person who cancelled my order did not offer any explanation or apologize for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I left the store feeling humiliated and embarrassed. This experience left me with a negative impression of your store, and I am reluctant to visit it again. I would like to request that you take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Your employees should be trained to handle customers in a polite and professional manner, even if they are closing the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would! When someone asks you to help because they have a disability... DO NOT DEGRADE THEM AND MAKE THEM FEEL WORTHLESS AND STUPID and then refuse to help with such a simple request. Absolute disgusting attitude from the member of staff that served my partner!!!

The McDonald's in Asda seem to be more capable of getting your order right than the drive through on the retail park.
