Poor service quality at all times with very poor communication and updates from perfect sense you are left wondering what's going on every day. Reviews are falsified with some people working at the company.

STAY CLEAR......, WORST CONTRACTOR ON MY ENTIRE NEW BUILD PROJECT, DO NOT USE CHANGE THEIR NAME TO "PERFECT NONSENSE ENERGY". NO RETURN CALLS FROM THEIR STAFF, EXAGGERATED PAYBACK YEARS, THIS SYSTEM WONT PAY ITSELF BACK IN MY GRANDCHILDRENS LIFETIME. ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY YOUR ON YOUR OWN. ANYTHING GOES WRONG HE WILL SEND YOU A PROFORMER BILL TO SIGN (I HAVE EMAIL PROOF OF THIS). WITH AN HOURLY RATE AND TRAVEL TIME. GARY SUPPLIED AND FITTED MY SYSTEM 10YR WARRANTY ON SOLAREDGE PRODUCTS AND 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. HE THEN LIES TELLING MY SYSTEM IS OUT OF WARRANTY AFTER 10 MONTHS.I HAVE THE EMAIL TO PROVE THIS) I THEN READ THE CONTRACT & PROCEED WITH COURT ISSUE AND HE OFFERS TO FINALLY COME OUT, WHEN THE REPAIR JOB WAS ALREADY CARRIED OUT. CIRCUIT BOARD FAILED TOLD ME TO CONTACT SOLAREDGE WHO I HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH BUT DIAGNOSED AND SENT OUT A NEW COMMS BOARD, GARY THEN ADVISES ME TO FIT IT MYSELF( I HAVE THIS IN AN EMAIL) DESPITE THE HIGH VOLTAGE DANGER SIGN, & SOMEONE WHO HAS NO ELECTRICAL KNOWLEGE. MY EXCESS ENERGY HOT WATER DIVERTER HAS NEVER WORKED, IVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS AS ITS SENDING ALL MY PRODUCTION BACK TO THE GRID. ONCE AGAIN FOBBED ME OFF AND HAD TO GET THE FAULT FIXED MYSELF. DIAGNOSED BY SOLAREDGE "WHO ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT BY THE WAY" DIAGNOSED INCORRECT SETTING UP BY MY INSTALLER (I HAVE THE EMAIL FROM SOLAREDGE TO PROVE THIS). NOW ALL MY ROOF FLASHINGS AROUND THE PANELS HAVE COME AWAY FITTED BY SOLAREDGE ROOFER ( I HAVE PICS) AGAIN NO RESPONSE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. GARY ADVISED ME NOT TO CALL OR EMAIL HIM OR HIS STAFF ANYMORE. GARY I CAN UPLOAD THE PICS & EMAILS HERE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE YOUR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFFESIONAL COMMUNICATION.
