Very poor customer services from them. Ordered sign correctly stating number 10, some how got number 2. Emailed to try and get replacement. Manager then called me to tell me I had made the error and he would not be refunding etc, then told me ebay and PayPal would not help me. I had to open a dispute with PayPal whom refunded my money after looking at my evidence. The shame of the whole situation is that the house sign was perfect quality andni would have taken a refund but the way the Company behaved tainted any good service I had hence the 1 star.

K Smart Signs are superb great sign for our new house. After sales service 2nd to none I dropped a bolt that holds it together and couldn't retrieve it called K Smart and it was replaced no hassle 5 stars from me.

Before I continue:- The new door number sign arrived and it looks great :) HOWEVER:- I opened the box and emptied ALL the contents (See photo) The fitting pack is missing, so no screws, no plugs and most importantly no Female fixing cups. I mailed K Smart to simply highlight this and ask for a fixing kit please.. I was sent a very unprofessional reply from their so called Quality Manager saying "IF the fixing kit is missing then i need to send a photo to prove it" 1) As though i was trying to do them out of four pieces of plastic. 2) Photo of what?? The things im missing....! And i agree with other reviews on here, Ive tried 17 x to reach customer services and no one ever answers.. Come on K Smart your product is great but you customer service and response is shocking...!
