Would highly recommend this agency to anyone whos looking for a new home. We tried for weeks to get a new home by other letting agencies and felt like we were being ignored and not given a chance. However Ian Francis lettings made us feel welcomed and couldnt do enough to help us into our new home. They were friendly, fast, reliable and very good with communication. Anytime we rang they always answered the phone and reassured us throughout the process. A massive thank-you to Lesley and the team.

Best Letting Agent out there, their service was that of a first class, imagine coming down from Ldn to Manchester to get a place, it was tuff for me but Ian Francis made easy and smooth with no stress nor drama! Thanks guys Im enjoying my new flat and I would recommend 10x if possible

I have enjoyed the benefit of Lee's services for three years. I have found him to be extremely competent, meticulous in accounting for any repair costs or other expenses and sends the rents through promptly. I find him a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend this business to any landlord.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Lee, he really cares about his owners and always offers exemplary service, fills properties quickly, and has a great set of maintenance contacts to get jobs done quickly and at good prices.
