My experience is that I used Mend a Dent's website to submit a request for a quote to repair the damaged nearside wing of my Karoq along with 3 photos of the damaged area. I provided my relevant contact details, but here I am 1-week later still waiting for a quotation. Avoid.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get my car back to its original condition.
