I've worked in plant hire so I'm well aware how the "Serving the customer bit" can be extended when you have to comply with legislation, comply with company policy, then try and sell the customer other stuff to maximise your profit. So on entering the place I was expecting a long process with many questions and forms and multiple signatures and waivers and loads of paperwork. Nothing of the sort! I was in and out in a few minutes (Make sure you have all the stuff they tell you to bring with you). All very convenient.... Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. The hire car was faultless over the hire and had recently been valeted. Returning the car was just as easy, though I guess thats not the case if you scratch it up, leave it low on fuel or have an accident. Overall - great..... Just a bit pricy (Though in fairness you're hiring something that costs tens of thousands. Its not a lawnmower or drill)
