He also failed to deliver the job promised and, despite having paid him in full said he had done his best and won't do any more. He failed to deliver the work promised on a 7,000 job when I stupidly gave him another chance.
If he was the last joinery shop option I would not use him again. He is a guy who wants to charge top money and do as little as possible.
My advice is to avoid this company. Find someone who cares about the customer and not solely the cash.
