        I ordered a new lock for my horse box so ordered a vector T-handle. Great price and looked/measured the same as the one I was replacing. It said lead time 10 days so was surprised to have an email saying delivery 22/6/22; I ordered on 21/5/22. June date came and went, no lock so I made contact to be told 4/5 July but it didnt arrive until 7/7/22. The lock fits perfectly but had I known there would be such a delay Id have gone elsewhere and to not have any contact when I wasnt going to arrive isnt great customer service which is why 4 not 5 stars.

        Needed a replacement Stabilus Lift-O-Mat gas strut for bathroom cabinet. F A Parkes were able to provide guidance on the right part and were very helpful. Item was delayed due to Covid but they were responsive to my emails.
