Was recommend this by one of our riding group it was ok for head down no restaurant or bar was quite run down in appearance but rooms clean alight looking very tired bruised everyone was dressed in dressing gowns Rooms: Basic but clean although hall way in early hours could be a bit noisy

HOTEL NOT WORTH A 1 STAR I am sharing this review due to the fact i booked a room in january for april i phoned up 2 days before arriving just to confirm check in time for our family visit (we booked a suite as 5 of us) to be told that they didnt have my reservation i told them i have the email proof they were not helpful one bit and kept saying sorry we have lots of customers trying to call we cant stay on the phone and to send them the confirmation of it as they couldnt find it so i did and asked them to contact me of course they didnt bother it was a direct booking aswell so 7 hours later i called them back and again i was met with hostilities and rudeness throughout the call when the reservation person needed to ask questions of others i was left on the call and could hear what they were saying and they admitted they should have contacted but didnt and still no apologies came when i asked to speak to a manager told no one available even though i could hear the conversations. When the manager did come on he was rude and condesendong it was the fiance manager AMIR horrible person to deal with telling me we can give you 2 double rooms instead of the suite which they dont no longer hire out (not our fault) and told me all he can do is give me 50 off but not off my original booking agreed price but they wanted me to pay more for their mistake and made out he was doing us a favour. I then asked for head office number and got told they dont accept phone calls just emails which doesnt help and when i said i need it sorted he said well this is now the price take it or not and then hung up phone again saying that its more important to them to get me off the phone then sort out the problem. He didnt give me the email so had to phone up again this time i got the email address and went to say i wasnt happy being hung up on and this time the lady hung up the phone rudely as i was speaking. RUDE HORRIBLE DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
