        Spoke to a receptionist this evening whilst feeling incredibly low with my mental health. I normally avoid raising my issues, but I felt I needed to. I dont remember the ladies name but by far she was the nicest, most caring person I could have asked for. Telephone appointment in two days - I am so grateful, thank you. It felt great to be recognised as an individual

        I rang for an appointment with a doctor and got one the same day, within 2 hours. I consider that to be very quick! The locum doctor was very friendly and helpful. I have not had a bad experience here. All the doctors and nurses have been knowledgable and professional.
