Peter responded to a plea from me to fix bannisters and rails botched and bodged by previous installers who thought they were professional, but we're nothing of the sort! He has done a great job, making them secure and most importantly, level! Thank you Peter. If anything fails on this, I will be in touch to ask you to fit boards for me as your work us outstanding! Very professional installation and a hard working joiner. However i have since developed some issues with the decking boards fading and splitting (8 month old). I am unable to get Peter back to rectify. Although I have a 15 year warranty with the boards i am left with an unusable patio. I will add to this post so future customers can follow this thread and see how PC Clark decking and Veranda's deal with complaints and provide customer after service. 06.09.2022 Update - Found that the decking i had fitted was end of line. Thankfully the manufacturer agreed to replace the faulty boards with another product though i incurred 200 delivery costs. PC Clark disowned any ownership of the warranty and did not support any claim i had. I sought legal advice and was told PC Clark had a legal obligation as the fitter and secondary supplier of the material to rectify Free of charge. Unfortunately PC Clark disagreed and refused to do anything. I have now contacted another fitter to install the replacement boards at additional cost to me. I would not recommend PC Clark decking and verandas as the after service, warranty and company integrity is non existent. Service: Deck installation
