First time buyer, great experience! I was unsure which surveyor to go for originally because I had been given various price ranges for surveys so was a little sceptical of some providers. I saw that it was best to go local, so I looked at reviews and came across Edwards Genesis, I put in a request for a quote and was phoned back within an hour. The phone call was very reassuring and John made me aware of his skills and his knowledge and most importantly the fact they had so many great reviews. So we booked in, had the survey booked for the week after and had the report back the day after the survey we got the level 2 survey which was useful in finding out repairs needed for all over the property. Not to mention they go above and beyond the minimum requirements for a RICS level 2 survey. Thanks for the first class service! No regrets!

Very responsive and professional. Each of our email requests was answered by Andrea within the hour. We asked for a building survey, we got an extremely complete and detailed report. Very good service that we would highly recommend ! Thank you !

Very responsive and gave us some handy advice, which we needed as first time buyers. By leveraging our survey report during negotiations we achieved 4% off the initial offer.
