I would highly recommend MLC Plumbing and heating. I used them when fitting a kitchen and one of the pipes had burst and neatly ruined the new kitchen if it wasnt for martin at MLC. I rang martin and explained what had gone on and he explained how to stop the water flow and within 30 minutes was on the job fixing the burst pipe. Also MLC plumbing and heating did the plumbing on the kitchen I installed to the hugest standard and made everything look neat and tidy. MLC Plumbing and heating services are a 10/10 from me and would be using again in the future Service: Plumbing pipe repair

MLC recently fitted a new boiler to replace a failed 50 year + old back boiler at my home. From the initial site visit to completion I found Martin, the installer, patient, extremely helpful with his advice, suggestions, updates on progress and recommendations. I felt comfortable in his presence and confident in the level of his knowledge, skill and expertise. I had in excess of 40 years working in the construction industry in the UK and overseas and reckon I've seen, and worked with and alongside some of the best and worst trades people and would rate MLC, and in particular, Martin, in the top five heating installers i have worked with and alongside. As another trade I worked on the same extremely large multi million pounds new build site some twenty years ago alongside Martin but never realised his connection with MLC Plumbing and Heating Limited when I was making price enquiries in my moment of need. My reason for awarding the contract was not influenced by our previous association, it was awarded on merit and a fair price albeit it was made easier knowing Martins professionism for "doin' things proper". Martin worked on a Bank Holiday to complete the work in order to restore my comfort and safety in his usual positive and pleasant manner. I find the negative reviews citing Martin as rude and aggressive quite surprising and can only assume the customer was rude to Martin to receive not so much a rude reply from him but more a response that never fitted the customers comfort zone. I have always found Martin respectful to all at all times and never rude or aggressive but courteous and respectful. I feel he went the extra mile for me for which I will be forever appreciative. Based on my experience of MLC and Martin I would recommend both without reservation. I wish both Martin and MLC success for and in the future.

Rude and aggressive, poor communication- make sure you ask for call out cost upfront as they will not tell you (its also not a set price) and will reply you didnt ask
