        Would definitely recommend booking the 1 to 1 sessions! Kickboxing with Pauline is just brilliant and I always look forward to the next one! Taekwondo with Julian is great as are Pauline's Ladies kickboxing classes on a Friday

        Amazing place for anyone wanting to start boxing or martial arts. I suffer with anxiety but Julian put me at ease straight away don't laugh at you when you get it wrong just guides you till you get it.
