Would be a 4* if it wasn't for their awful online ordering system. All other takeaways can do a collection order in 10-20 minutes. This one lets you select 20 mins, but then emails you shortly after saying they 'need more time' and always adds more time on. Doesn't matter what day, or how much is ordered, they always need more time. I find it hilarious though, that I've had a phone call at the original time saying that it's ready to collect.
