I arrived at the shop at 5:42pm and was met with a huffing and puffing from the impatient lady who was on shift. I asked her her help in the sizing I wanted and she did nothing but roll her eyes and say that she was supposed to shut at 6 and now I would make her late and that she has to drive to Chorley after this. I apologised countless times and said that I would take up too much of her time. She said that she still had to cash up and wait for another gents posters to print anyway so shes gonna be here late now so it doesnt matter. Had I known the gent before me had to wait for 20 posters to print and then I would get my 2 prints, I wouldve happily come back a different day as I didnt know they only had one printer for 10x8s. She made me feel very uncomfortable whilst I wanted and my 5 month old was crying in her pram and all I wanted was to not be there. Unfortunately, a photo was missing from my prints and I had to link my phone again to the screen and she wasnt happy with this. She was extremely rude to the point where I wasnt about to let her treat me like this anymore. I said listen I really am sorry that were making you late but you dont to be like that with us I honestly have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop and just sorry that I asked her to do her job. I 100% will not be returning and I hope she gets spoken to about her poor manner towards customers. Maybe she would be happier doing an early shift as all she seemed to care about is getting out on time and wasnt afraid to let us know that! Shocking customer service!

Excellent customer service. Took photos which were not clear and i felt like i lost my money since it was me and the machine. Sent email to their customer support and it was promptly responded to with suggestions for either refund or retake. Retook my photos and all was done in a lovely way. Great job.

I went to get my photo taken for my passport renewal.I wanted a professional photo that would meet Passport Office requirements. I was very pleased with the service reveived.Quick and easy and pleasant and polite staff.

Drive 25 minutes due to traffic to print pictures off. Get there to be told they shut in 1 minute and didn't have time to print them off. Bare in mind I wanted to use a computer to print them not actually a member of staff. Just a joke. Really not happy!
