I am seriously impressed with these guys! We had been shopping around for a while and could not believe the difference in price!!! ......Someone recommended we check in with these guys before making a decision and I am really grateful that we did!!!! They made the whole journey so easy from our first visit!!! Zach was extremely helpful on giving advice with regards to choosing .....and amazingly honest even if it meant saving the customer money. They managed to answer all our questions and what the sales assistant didn't know off the top of his head (like togg rating and other bizzar questions) he quickly found out directly from the supplier. The choice they had in store was amazing and had everything we needed for choosing on hand. Dave came to measure up for us, and brought the samples that we had chosen to our home so we could check with the decor before a final decision. The fitters arrived exactly when they said they would, worked solidly throughout the day, and did a fantastic job with minimal mess. They returned to finish off exactly when we had arranged to lay some laminate flooring which I was immensely grateful for (especially after having builders in for the last few months and them not always turning up when they say they will) The job is done to a great high standard, we've had two floors carpeted including all landing and stairs, two bathrooms fitted with lino and our livingroom fitted with laminate, and they genuinely saved us around a thousand pounds compared to another quotes, for a carpet I didn't like quite as much. Would honestly recommend to anyone to check these guys out if your carpet shopping!!!!! Thanks to all at SDM carpets!
