I placed an order on Friday and paid for 1st class delivery. I contacted the company via email as I had not received an order confirmation. My account had been debited for 26 but the order was for 18 I emailed 3 more times over the course of the past week and only received an email back yesterday. They said that due to staff shortages my order should be with me by Thursday and I would be refunded the overpayment. Its been a week since my order and Im still waiting! I have 5 very disappointed little people camping out from Friday for the bank holiday weekend with expectations of lollipops round the campfire soo frustrating I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go elsewhere if you actually want your order Update 31/08/21 Company cant give me a tracking number. Still no delivery, no missed delivery card from Royal Mail either. Think I will rack this up to a lost cause! Maybe they will turn up in time for Halloween or Christmas. Fingers crossed some good news though, I got the overcharged refund back!

I contacted You Sweeties for help towards our community project and they were so amazing and helpful. I've revceived 6 boxes of chocolate bars and liquorice to put in our food parcels to support our local community. THANK YOU!

Lovely sweeties and great service. Although I needed to send a message to track the order, the response I received was excellent in promptness and helpfulness, and the order arrived very quickly after that. Happy customer = future reorder
