Left my hair mess and my hair falling out and bleeding want back to solve the problem but wouldn't give me refund had me waiting In shop embarrassed with my hair way it was then wanted to do my hair again for me when she's done my hair again was still mess so I had to take all my hair out now left with hardly any hair embarrassing to say I give her chance to sort it again shouting and getting angry with me in the shop and trying to blame me for my own hair done when I have paid her to do it

This business uses discriminatory pricing models. I visited the shop yesterday to enquire about box braids and was told it's 150 for afro hair which made me wonder how much she charges for "other" hair. I went back and she proceeded to tell me that people with "European" hair get charged less. First of all, it's common knowledge among professional hairdressers that European hair is harder to braid than afro hair because it is slippery and any professional braider will tell you afro hair is easier to braid so this pricing strategy doesn't make sense. I find it disgraceful that a business would operate like this and advise people especially those with afro hair not to bother with this business especially since there are so many other cheaper and talented braiders out there in the area which you can find on instagram/google and will definitely not discriminate against you due to your hair type.

I had a bit of a disaster with my hair (Esy has the before pictures ) my hair was cut in a really short mullet - I didnt ask for this style obviously and wanted to cry I found Leigh hair extension on Facebook and contacted Esy for some advice, Esy booked me in the same day even though she was just finishing , and spent 3 hours rectifying my badly fitted weave. I cant thank her enough I am over the moon with my new look, she did exactly what I wanted (even better than I couldve imagined) I have had so many compliments since, and it looks so natural I would always recommend Esy from now on. She is a genius and a perfectionist. I wish Id found her first x

I have had a half head weave fitted by Es, I have no issues with my hair, it was lovely and the colour match was spot on. With the service being so great I recommend Leigh Hair Extensions to my family members who hasnt received the same service that myself and my sister received from Es, which is a real shame as we thought we found somewhere permanent to have our Hair Extensions fitted. My auntie booked in for a full weave no leave out. My auntie has very thin/fine blonde hair which wasnt a issue when she enquired about this service. My auntie didnt receive a proper consultation from Es, I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but with hair being fitted you would think that she would of received one. I myself am I hairdresser and run my own business and I am not happy that Es who owns Leigh Hair Extensions has slated my business on her Facebook page Instagram page. In regards to my aunties hair fitting once the full head weave was fitted Es ran out of thread towards the end and gave my auntie a pencil to colour in where she has attached the hair. My auntie then wasnt happy with the fitting and we got back Im contact with Es and she told us to take the hair out and come back in tomorrow for them to be re fitted the day after. Once we arrived at the salon the day after We found out that we should of waiting 2-4 weeks until having the fitting re-done. Which as Es claims that she is a hair extension specialist she should of advised that my auntie waiting the length of time and not to come back in the next day. Once the hair was fitted my auntie loved it. She then started to feel in pain and once looking at her scalp she came out in blisters and loss of hair around the braids that got put into the hair, we had no choice but to take the hair out AGAIN! This left my auntie in excruciating pain. My auntie requested that the photos of her didnt go on social media as they had her face on and she didnt feel comfortable with them being on there, which is understandable, but Es still put them on. My auntie questioned this and all of her clients started to kick off with us all on her social media. Es then carried on to slate my hairdressing saying I havent got a clue and should keep my opinions to myself I find this highly rude as I am a fully qualified hairdresser and have done a degree in the scalp and hair shaft and Es is only a hair extension specialist and Afro hair specialist Es has lost mine and my familys business from this whole experience... highly would not recommend
