        Taken in pair curtains to adjust lovely lady quick service good price will visit again. Highly recommended

        I popped in for the first time today and did not receive a warm welcome. I did make a mistake on entering - there is a gap to the left of a counter with haberdashery products on it and I saw a staff member seated at the far end, I mistakenly thought that I needed to go through the gap to where she was seated. She exclaimed "where are you going?!" (Understandable as I had inadvertently gone into staff space). She followed this with "and if you're after alterations doing then you can't as she doesn't work Mondays". There was no other offer of help. Perhaps "Hello, if you could just wait there a sec and I'll come to you. How can we help you today?" would have been better?? Having received this poor first impression I will take my custom elsewhere. A shame as I like to support local business.
