Called this place on a Friday in emergency because I needed my suit cleaning for my daughters christening on the Sunday. With everything else that needed organising in the weeks leading up, the suit was forgotten about.This shop was around the 3rd or 4th Id rang frantically trying to get somebody to help me out. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful, she said to bring the suit at 10am on Saturday and she would clean it for me. In hearing that I stopped worrying about having my suit cleaned. Turned up Saturday morning and nobody is there to take my suit, the shop is closed although shutters are up and lights are on. Nobody there to pick up the phone or come to the door as I knocked on and rang for 10-15 minutes. Complete let down! If they hadnt told me the suit could be cleaned Id have carried on ringing around and hopefully found somewhere that could and WOULD clean it. Hopefully the guests dont notice the marks on my jacket.
