Doctors are good if you get to see them, but the people on reception are so bad. Don't know where they get them from. Very rude and don't consider anything about the patients position.

So nice to write a positive review at last! After a nightmare experience at Brookmill then awful patient care at Leigh Sports Village Practice (LSVP) it was so refreshing to be listened to with kindness. Obviously busy, queues of patients and low staffing leveldespite that they found a quiet space for me. Reception, lovely, passed on to a Practice Manager who did her best to present options not just more problems. (Stark contrast to Fridays experience with LSVP manager). She listened, gave me space to find my words, presented their limitations and a way forward was discussed. Grasmere Surgery gave me the much needed light at the end of tunnel. The practice manager listened without judgement or accusation.

My husband and I have nothing but praise, for the speed and efficient manner in which we have recently both been processed by the receptionists, doctors & medical staff at this practice. Everyone has been so helpful, polite & most accommodating. We have been very impressed and are both currently receiving first class care from the NHS. We know how precious good health care has been throughout our lives & as elderly people now, we feel so lucky to have always been looked after (practically FREE!) by our National Health Service...the BEST in the world. Thank you all.
