Dawsons

Not had a Dawson's since the shop in Tyldesley closed down years ago, but saw they'd reopened a number of locations. Found myself in Leigh on Weds 21/12 and wanted to grab a couple of pies for lunch. Was waiting nearly five minutes without seeing sight of any staff, though two or three of them could clearly be heard gossiping in the back. Got fed up of waiting and went to Greggs instead, and at least two other potential customers walked out in that time too. Poor experience, especially given that there are at least three other bakeries on the same street with readily available staff.

Used to love Dawsons pies from the shop in Tyldesley but the ones in Leigh are very bland. Please break out the salt and pepper again and stop half filling the pies.
