Yoga with Tori - Braunstone

I've started yoga with Tori on zoom during lockdown, having never tried yoga before. Tori has been be very welcoming and also explains the movements and the reasoning behind them really clearly. I come away from the classes feeling physically like I've released a lot of strain that I carry in my shoulders. The classes usually end with a short guided meditation which is so relaxing. I'm really looking forward to going to the in person classes now. Thanks Tori

Just had my first class with Tori and feel very relaxed afterwards. Tori made sure all the movement had an option for everyone's abilities. would recommend for anyone who needed to relax and stretch their body.

Great class as always this evening. Tori is an excellent yoga teacher, with a lovely, calming aura. Each class is that little bit different, building us up slowly, which as beginners is important. There is never any judgement if you are unable to do a certain pose and Tori is always there to encourage, guide and help you relax.

Tori's has a friendly teaching style that puts you at ease, explanations are thorough and the atmosphere is relaxed!
