A wonderful and inspiring place to be. This place is like a community of kind and welcoming people who are all on this thing called life. Trying to do better and be better at understanding themselves. The yoga here is transformative and its changed my life, my mental health is on the up and it gives me so much more motivation after having a session. I could not do many of the moves when I first came to class but now after two months Im stretching and moving in ways I didnt know I could haha. I am forever grateful for this collective and long may it continue. I recommend fully!! Lots of love Samantha xx

7 stars for me. What a fantastic space to practice and perfect your yoga with teachers who clearly have a strong passion for wanting to practice and guide you through your yoga poses. Very affordable if you plan on going to more than one class a week. I felt so welcomed into this group, especially when we go for coffee mornings on Tues and Thurs, which helps get to know the group you practice with better. Keep up the good work guys. Namaste

I love this space- this is so much more than a yoga school. It is a place where to connect with other people, share yoga practice led by amazing teachers, learn different styles of yoga, and feel part of a community
