Thank you very much Anne Marie. I enjoyed this whole experience, it was life-changing for me. I learnt so many things in detail. I am sure it would have been different if the lessons were face to face but you put so much effort to make us feel comfortable that we never even realised that we were not together. You are not only a great teacher but a source of inspiration for me. The course itself is engaging, insightful and a lot of fun and the materials you have provided are really helpful.

Anne-Marie is an incredible teacher. She is the most knowledgeable yoga teacher I have ever met and her teacher training course is rigorous and comprehensive. As well as providing a really detailed understanding of all aspects of yoga, both physical and spiritual, Anne-Marie also provides a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology which is absolutely crucial both to ensure that training teachers and students enjoy and get the most out of their yoga practy but also to ensure that as teachers we help our students to understand the importance of correct alignment in every pose to prevent injury. I have a long-standing and ongoing knee injury which happened long before I met Anne-Marie and which was as a result of my lack of knowledge on the importance of correct alignment and listening to the body but also because none of my teachers provided this crucial element that should be a key part of any yoga class. (But of course before I met Anne-Marie I did not know this). Anne-Marie has helped me to continue to practice yoga despite an injury which has quite seriously impeded my range of motion permanently, and to teach competently, confidently and safely. Anne-Marie also provides endless encouragement and enthusiasm for yoga which is such a huge gift that she gives to training teachers and students. Anne-Marie firmly encourages us to understand that yoga is for everyone - with so many benefits for both physical and mental health and wellbeing for all. Anne-Marie also takes the responsibility of training us to be teachers very seriously which means the training is tough (as it should be) and a high-level of discipline is expected to ensure that teachers who qualify are not only fantastic at making yoga enjoyable and accessible for all but also that we are able to share knowledge of the benefits of yoga and, perhaps most importantly, keep our yoga students safe. I know of numerous yoga teacher training programs and have attended yoga classes with different studios all over the UK and from the quality of teaching I have experienced I can say that Sun Power Yoga is definitely the best teacher training course anyone can do

Anne-Marie is very passionate about her teaching and she expects the best from her trainee teachers. Her knowledge and application of yoga philosophy, physiology and anatomy are outstanding. I am very grateful for what I have learnt during my training with Anne-Marie. I am certainly going to treasure, deepen and share that knowledge with my students. The Sun Power Teacher training course is undoubtedly very intense, so be prepared to work hard, not just on the training days but throughout the duration of the course. However, this course is also very rewarding and what you learn will stay with you forever.

Think carefully before you pay, ask for a trial class, make sure you see their classrooms and people. Once you paid, they dont care for you. Most important, Anne Marie was rude and a bully.

Sun power yoga teacher training school is outstanding and professional school. I began my yoga journey with the school in 2006. Anne Maries knowledge and teachings are amazing. I learnt so much and she give you the tools to be a very competent yoga teacher, with high accreditations so you can teach anywhere! I have also dont my 500hrs with Anne Marie and have also worked with her, she truly is the mum of yoga, I now have my own yoga lodge in the countryside.
