        Bought 800 watch for my son and on Christmas Day it wasn't working, went to the Middlesbrough shop on Boxing Day they said they would send it away to be fixed when workshop opens 6th January! I said you have one in the window just swap it, they said we cant do that. After creating a fuss in front of other customers they then decided to swap it out even though the manageresses face looked like she was chewing a wasp. Wont be going back.

        Sent a Second Hand Watch! I paid for a new one, they sent a second hand one and then insisted that I should arrange for it's return. Eventually they arranged for collection but it took a Paypal case.

        Dont purchase rolex off them. Aurum aka goldsmiths,watches of Switzerland,mappin and webb . Will black mail you and keep the warranty CARD. If you live over sees and need to use the warranty from rolex you cant.if you die during the 12 months your family or executors of the estate have to send a death cert to prove your dead only then will aurum send the WARRANTY card. Heads up your now warned
