        Purchased a range of items at wholesale prices to stock up on including hot water bottles in a variety of designs. Excellent customer service and they looked after me throughout ensuring I received delivery on time. Also the local trade counter made it easy for me to purchase items in a lower quantity such as 1 or 2 pieces at trade prices. Highly recommend.

        I placed an order online and paid for it at the same day. I didn't received my delivery at all and I totally forgot about it, After 3 weeks i remembered that I have placed an order with this company and haven't received the goods. I called them and provided them the date and order details the guy was like oh our minimum order is over 500 or 600 and yours was 482 so that's why we couldn't deliver it. They hold my money for almost 1 month and refund it back if I wouldn't call them they would never refund my money back
