The starlit dancefloor was amazing... cannot fault it. It was great how all the photos were ruined! the professional photographer and all other photos showed up the different coloured E that Ross told us would not be noticeable on the 4ft love letters. (Check out my profile pic) Craig (dj) was a lovely chap but didn't have a clue (Husband had to step in to show him how to use software).. dance floor was sparse until we took over after he left at midnight (although was originally meant to be there until 1am until Ross talked us out of it! Thank god) We paid extra for 24 up lighters to then only get 13 to then be told it wasn't Ross's problem as his friend was also getting married and they also needed lights... no refund offered (for the extra we paid for the lights we did not get!) When questioned Ross was very rude about this and said it was not his fault (although he gave us the different quotes for different amounts he charged us for 24 and we got 13, oh and he's the boss) At first it all seemed to be going so well. Ross even made jokes about how fussy other customers had been compared to us. Maybe as we were so easy going he figured he could rip us off. Oh Well, despite using this dreadful company we still had an amazing day. I still have the Notes from original conversation. It says 235 for 24 up lighters (which was ordered) and 150 for 18 up lighters. We only got 13 and paid 235!!! Con artist *********update************ All sound entertainment messaged an admin lady on a Facebook group who mediated between us. He has now refunded 135 Of the 1045 We paid for the package

I am posting this review as it is such a pleasure to have such brilliant customer service in this day and age. Ross was booked to do my daughter's 21st birthday in December 2021 in South Wales, but had to cancel as he moved back to Leicester. However he did not let me down. He contacted me immediately to advise me of the situation and say that he had contacted another DJ on my behalf. However, when said DJ then made no contact he sought out another DJ, doing all this without me asking and behind the scenes! I cannot fault Ross and am gutted that he won't be DJ in the party but would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area he now covers as I have had nothing but brilliant customer service and contact from him from the time the booking was made :-)

All sound entertainment came to our rescue when our original DJ cancelled on us just days before our wedding. Mark did a great set and kept the dance floor full all night! He arrived early to ensure everything was set up in good time and was great at reading the room and playing the right songs to keep people dancing! Ross, who we spoke to when we first rang them (in a mad panic trying to find a DJ on 3 days notice), was absolutely lovely. He totally understood how I was feeling and was able to reassure me and get the problem sorted within a matter of hours, despite it being late on a Wednesday evening! Cant thank them enough for providing such a brilliant service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding/party DJ!
