My daughters vehicle went in for a service and MOT 8 days ago. It is an adapted disabled drivers vehicle that her electric wheelchair fits into. Without her vehicle she is unable to leave the house ! The service this garage has provided or should I say not provided!! Is absolutely disgusting, Charlotte ( service manager )has shown absolutely know interest in resolving any issues, in fact she tried to tell me theyd only had the car for two working days when theyd had it for six !
They definitely shouldnt be an accredited dealer for disability.
We will never be returning to this disorganised , uncaring dealership.
