I usually use medivet in syston but when I took my staffy girl for a visit the vet I saw (Sergiu) was based at the Thurmaston branch so we took her there for a drain to be put in her leg. A complication from a cyst being removed from her front elbow. Sergiu was brilliant with Summer, she is an anxious vet visitor but she really took to him. All the staff at both sites are really good. There is parking available, the waiting room is quite big so you arent sitting on top of each other. There is plenty of space if there are other people and pets in the waiting room. I've now moved all 3 of my dogs from syston to Thurmaston. Can not recommend enough.

Visited recently march 3rd with my Hungarian Viszla Red very Happy with the service and I was informed on everything that would happen and the costs involved .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the vet as for admin another story Update was called today 14th May hassling me for full payment owing even though a direct claim was set up on the day after a call to reds insurers and claim form delivered to the vets the same day and authorised to pay the vets direct minus excess The claim form hasn't even been submitted weeks later then I get a call telling me to pay up and refill form again so I get paid and so the vet gets paid today So the 8+ weeks they have had the claim form and done nothing with is somehow now my problem Time to look for a new veterinary clinic i think
